I build smarter enterprise systems with NetSuite, AI, automation & integrations.

I design and build enterprise solutions that connect systems, automate business processes, and improve how teams operate across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Operations.

What I do

I design and build systems that connect business process to technology.

01

NetSuite Development

SuiteScript, SuiteQL, Suitelets, RESTlets, workflows, custom records, reporting, and process automation — built to be maintained, not just deployed.

02

Enterprise Integrations

Connecting NetSuite with platforms such as Procore, Jira, and Azure through REST APIs and secure integrations — with attention to mapping, dependencies, and exception handling.

AI & Workflow Automation

Approval flows, AI governance processes, Claude/MCP integrations, and automated business workflows built with Power Automate and related tools.

Solution Design

Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, design scalable solutions, and guide projects from requirements through deployment.

Custom Applications

React-based tools, CPQ functionality, reporting solutions, and user experiences that extend what the ERP can do on its own.

Process Optimization

Simplifying manual processes, improving data quality, and creating systems that help teams work more efficiently — measured by impact, not lines of code.

01

Understand

I start with the business process, not the system. Who touches this, where it breaks, and what people are working around today — before anything gets designed or configured.

02

Design

Decide what's configuration and what's code, where the data actually lives, and how the pieces fail. A design that ignores how a team really uses the system won't survive contact with it.

Build

SuiteScript, integrations, workflows, and custom apps — shipped in slices and tested against real records, not happy-path samples. Every piece is written to be read again later.

Deliver & Evolve

Go-live is the middle, not the end. I stay with it for the exceptions, the edge cases, the documentation, and the handover — so the solution keeps working without me standing next to it.

Systems, integrations, and tools I've built and supported.

P.01  /  Enterprise Integration

Procore × NetSuite Integration

Designed and supported an enterprise integration connecting project procurement and financial processes between Procore and NetSuite — purchase orders, vendor bills, item mapping, transaction relationships, and exception handling.

Enterprise CPQ Platform

Develop and enhance a custom CPQ solution supporting complex product configuration, pricing, proposal generation, version management, commercial documentation, and NetSuite-connected business processes.

AI Access & Approval Automation

An automated enterprise workflow for AI access requests. Employee submissions trigger approval from IT leadership and the employee's direct manager, and an approved request automatically creates a Jira ticket for fulfillment.

Claude AI × NetSuite MCP

Designed and implemented components of a secure enterprise integration between Claude AI and NetSuite through MCP, with role-based permission models that keep access least-privilege while letting Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain work safely with ERP information.

P.05  /  Migration

Jira Enterprise Account Migration

Leading technical work behind a large-scale Atlassian account migration following a corporate rebrand and email-domain transition — identity migration, provisioning, portal-only users, licensing, access continuity, and automation across a large user base.

NetSuite Inventory Optimization

Implemented NetSuite database management and physical inventory processes for a growing business, reducing inventory discrepancies from 14.8% to 1.2%.

Case studies

Three builds, start to finish: the problem, the design, the result.

Challenge

As enterprise AI adoption expanded, access requests required coordination between employees, managers, IT leadership, and support teams. A manual process made approvals harder to standardize and created additional administrative work for IT.

Solution

I designed an automated approval workflow using Microsoft Power Automate. When an employee submits an AI access request, the workflow routes approvals to the appropriate IT manager and the employee's direct manager. Once both approvals are received, the process automatically creates a Jira Service Management ticket for the fulfillment team.

Employee SUBMITS REQUEST IT leadership APPROVAL Direct manager APPROVAL Both approved REQUEST VALIDATED Jira SM ticket AUTO-CREATED routes approves creates
Fig. 1 — Both approvals must land before the workflow provisions anything; ticket creation is no longer a manual step. Scroll the diagram sideways →
Impact

Created a standardized and auditable AI-access process, eliminated manual Jira ticket creation, reduced administrative steps, and established a scalable foundation for enterprise AI governance.

Challenge

Project teams and Finance operated across different enterprise platforms, creating a need for reliable synchronization of procurement and financial information between Procore and NetSuite.

Solution

I helped design and support the integration architecture connecting the two systems. The solution coordinates purchasing and financial transactions while accounting for data mappings, item relationships, transaction dependencies, attachments, business rules, and integration exceptions. Rather than treating the project as a simple API connection, the goal was a maintainable process that respected how both systems were actually used by the business.

Impact

Created a more connected workflow between project operations and ERP processes while reducing disconnected manual work and improving consistency between systems.

Challenge

At Global Cabinetry, inventory discrepancies made it difficult to maintain reliable inventory information and support growing operations.

Solution

I implemented NetSuite database management practices alongside a structured physical inventory process to improve how inventory was recorded, reconciled, and maintained.

Who I am

I build at the intersection of business operations and enterprise technology.

Before specializing in enterprise systems, I worked across operations, software development, automation, and digital commerce. That background shaped how I approach technology today: understand the business process first, then design the system around it.

Today, I specialize in NetSuite, enterprise integrations, AI automation, and solution design. I work across technical development and business requirements, translating operational challenges into scalable systems that teams can actually use.

My work spans Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Project Operations, with a focus on connecting systems, reducing manual processes, improving data quality, and building maintainable enterprise solutions.

I'm particularly interested in the evolving intersection of ERP, AI, and enterprise automation.
